Federico began his professional career working for technology companies such as Microsoft and Cisco, later taking on new challenges within the advertising industry in agencies in Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela and Spain. Over time, he has built a solid experience in innovation throughout the region.
Before joining Fogdog, he worked as Chief Innovation & Experience Officer at Terán \ TBWA, where he led the Social Media, Business Intelligence, Performance & Creative Tech teams. In addition, he was part of TBWA’s global Innovation board.
Throughout his career, he has worked alongside clients such as: Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Facebook, Apple, Airbnb, Netflix, P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Bachoco, BBVA, Brown-Forman, Domino’s, Nissan, Infiniti and Lexus among others.
He studied Systems Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires and Creativity at the Escuela Superior de Creativos Publicitarios de Argentina, later specializing in Innovation and Strategy at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School and Babson University.
Outside of the workplace, he teaches at CEDIM’s MBI (Master in Business Innovation) in Mexico.
Lucas has more than 12 years of experience in communications, marketing solutions, digital transformation, and data-driven operations. He is a transformational leader driven by a relentless desire to innovate and inspire change through branding, strategic innovation, digital transformation and customer experience.
Prior to his arrival at Fogdog, he worked in agencies such as Leo Burnett Buenos Aires, Pereira O’Dell São Paulo and MRM Brazil, developing B2C and B2B projects ranging from Business Consulting to Branding and Communication, Content Strategy, Digital Transformation, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, CRM, Commerce and Performance.
Lucas has a degree in Advertising from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
lucas.baranzelli@fog.dogJuan Ignacio has been working in the world of advertising for more than 15 years. He began his career as a marketer at Peñaflor and, in 2008, briefly worked for Heineken. In 2011 he moved to Business Intelligence at BMC Strategic Innovation, helping companies such as Coca Cola, Nestlé and Walmart locally, regionally and globally to develop marketing and innovation strategies. Two years later he joined the South Latin team as director of business and brand strategy based on qualitative, quantitative and trend research.
At Fogdog he spearheaded projects for companies such as Uber, AB Inbev, Danone, Unilever, Absolut, Colgate and Volvo among others. He was Director of the National Youth Survey for Argentina in 2018, commissioned by the Government of Argentina.
Additionally, in 2021 he developed TaDa, AB InBev’s 5th global brand.
He studied Business Economics at Torcuato Di Tella University and has a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology and Innovation from G. Sarmiento University. He has also been a professor of the MBA in International Marketing at the Universidad Católica Argentina since 2017.
Anahí has more than 10 years of experience in the coordination and management of local and regional creativity, communication, research, and strategy projects. She has led strategy and branding projects for companies such as AB Inbev, Danone, Unilever, Arcor, among others.
In the past, she served as an account director specializing in digital advertising at the Ogilvy agency for companies such as 20th Century Fox, Santander and IBM.
She has a degree in Communication Sciences (UBA), where she is currently part of the faculty.

Prior to Fogdog, he was s a graphic designer at Madre / La América, where he developed campaigns and visual identities for Quilmes, Lucchetti, 7UP, Becker and Banco Hipotecario.
His latest projects include the creation of visual brand identities for companies like AB InBev (Quilmes, Brahma, TaDa) and Coppel. He also developed visual communication strategies for Cabify, Absolut, Toyota, Topper and L’Oréal, among others.
He has a degree in Advertising from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE).
Aurora has over 10 years of experience in the world of strategic planning. She began her career at FCB Mexico in 2012 working for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Bimbo, Peñafiel, Nivea and Capullo. By 2013 she was already working at Young & Rubicam, creating strategies for Barcel, Movistar and RIU Hotels.
After learning how to manage products, she decided to take a leap forward to provide services and gain experience at the in-house agency of the Ángeles Business Group, where she created strategies for brands such as Camino Real, Quinta Real, Hospitales Angeles and Grupo Imagen.
Afterward, she moved to the DDB Mexico agency where she led new business projects and developed workshops and strategies for brands such as Herdez, McDonald’s, Conejos Turín, Huggies, iShares, Peugeot, McCain and Oleico.
Aurora studied Communication Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from COLMED

As a team leader, he was in charge of leading Audi’s digital strategy in Latin America.
He also spent 5 years at Digitas (formerly Nurun) where he served as Head of Digital and was responsible for establishing the digital department of Emil Mexico, the global agency of Mercedes-Benz. Later, as Brand & Digital Strategic Director, he was in charge of digitalizing the brand’s communication strategy and creating a 360ª communication structure for Mexico.
Hugo studied Communication Sciences and specialized in Organizational Communication at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and is certified in Digital Marketing by Google Garage Digital.
